i. Identify new business opportunities in the CNG, domestic PNG and commercial and industrial customer segments;customer acquisition; Validate and check on the commercial and technical viability of locations.
ii. Ensure development of comprehensive proposals to convince the customer to switch-over to Natural Gas as the primary fuel; liaise with the Projects team for inputs to the proposal as required.
iii. Review the development of contracts and agreements for the new customers/ renewals of contracts with existing customers — ensure that all terms & conditions are validated by the Legal team.
iv. Liaise with dealers/franchisees for identification of new franchisee stations to be commissioned.
v. Support in operationalization of Price Revisions across the CNG & PNG network.
vi. Lead the activities related to Customer Relationship Management to ensure benchmarked levels of TAT and customer satisfaction .
vii. Outstanding collections,Reporting & MIS.
